We're very sorry for the down time we experienced over the last 24 hours or so. There was a major power issue at the data center, and to add insult to injury, the backup generator failed. Electricians have been working extremely hard to bring in alternative power sources whilst trying to get the mains issue resolved.
Once the main power was finally restored, our techs had quite the job to bring up all the internal networks, routing, and servers - making sure that everything was functioning properly since it was all abruptly shut down. They did a stellar job under significant pressure, and it looks like everying is operating normally again. We will continue to monitor and test things on our end over the next 24 hours or so, but I do believe that all is under control again.
